Forever King Booklet

Creative direction and book design of the packaging for the LeBron 23. This book serves as a tribute to and showcases 23 pivotal moments from LeBron's career that have shaped his remarkable legacy. To maintain consistency across various eras of his career, we developed unique image treatments. Additionally, the book is typeset in four different languages to cater to LeBron's diverse global audience.

Art Direction for Nike & Naomi Osaka’s “In Bloom” Collection. Inspired by the Hibiscus flower as a part of Naomi’s dual heritage, we captured Naomi on a set enveloped by a Kokedama sculpture made with Hibiscus flowers. The campaign consisted of a 60s campaign video as well as stills. See the full video here.

Art direction and branding for LeBron James' current sneaker, the LeBron 20. In this basketball x football collaboration, the shoe focuses on its partnership with Liverpool FC and brought the large red flags displayed by fans at the Liverpool games to the basketball court.

Concepted and designed Atlas Skateshop’s first shoe with Adidas Skateboarding. Atlas has done a lot of work alongside local organizations that provide safe and inclusive spaces for local skaters and others throughout the Bay Area, and this shoe is meant to be a reflection of that mindset. For this launch, we partnered with local orgs and gave shoes back to the local community.

Emerging Curators’ Exhibition 2021 – PARABLE 003

Art Direction & Identity Design for PARABLE 003. Part ode and part elegy to Octavia Butler’s unfinished Parable trilogy, this exhibition investigates the vanishing point of an idea. PARABLE 003. An exhibition of black visual and conceptual contemporary art rooted in the liberatory possibilities of Black community, settlement, and creative expression. Artists’ work incorporates visual, material, and cultural aspects of a new free black state through video, sculpture, textiles, sound, and digital media.

Title Diesngn for the short film ‘A Ball For More Than A Court.’
An ethereal fever dream about an artist looking for answers in the places many never pushed to be more. Peering into this otherworldy frame of isolation, the viewer is transported into the interior of the very thing he aims to understand. The real question is, is he studying to get out or to actually turn more in. Truth is, we all wish to escape our realities every once in a while. See the full video here.

Developed branding and identity design for 5ivepillars, a streetwear brand dedicated to illuminating the Muslim experience through clothing. Collaborated to create a bilingual logo that could translate well between both of the brand’s audiences, as well as other marks that can help the brand translate to different mediums.
